The client started-off strong in 2024 with a rating of 328 in Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top 500 Franchises. Destination Athlete now has a portfolio of over 260 franchise territories in 30 states. The latest state to be added to the system this year was Washington.

LANA Franchising LLC, d/b/a LANA Health and Wellness, Princeton, N.J. (est. 2024)
LANA Health and Wellness offers franchises that operate premium health spas that providing a holistic approach to health and wellness. Products and services at the spa combine both Ayurveda treatments with modern medical spa treatments.
KL was excited to prepare the FDD documents for LANA.
Harvy’s Happy Dayz Franchise LLC, Colonia, N.J. (est. 2024)
If you like ice cream, I guarantee that you will drive 30 miles to experience this franchisor’s 50+ flavors and take-away menu specializing in Asian Indian recipes. The system started with four company-owned units starting in Middlesex County, before commencing franchise sales this year. Harvy’s has already signed franchise agreements in North Carolina and Texas.
Once again, KL was honored to prepare the FDD documents for Harvy’s, and now assists the system with the onboarding of franchisees.
Pilatesplusnj, LLC, d/b/a COREFIRE, Montclair, N.J. (est. 2024)
This client opened two successful Pilates studios in Essex County, and was in the process of opening a third when the owners decided to create a franchise. COREFIRE’s focus is on intimate studio group Pilates strengthening classes with Reformer, or equivalent, equipment, and utilizing the Lagree Fitness method.
KL prepared the FDD documents and is now assisting with the onboarding of franchisees.

Community Bread Woodmere LLC (VA)
is well underway with the build-out of its third Jersey Mike’s franchise unit. This shop will soon be opened on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
KL has represented Community Bread on several franchisee issues, including commercial leasing negotiations.
Rose Hospitality Group, Inc., Phoenixville (PA)
is build-out a Turning Point Franchise system restaurant in Providence Town Center, Collegeville.
KL was very glad to assist the client with the franchise agreement and commercial lease.
CABO NJ Enterprise LLC, Warren (NJ)
is now building-out a Golf Cave Franchise shop in Livingston, N.J.
KL was privileged to assist the client with the FA and commercial lease negotiations. This is just one of several Golf Cave investors we have assisted to date.
Our EU Developer
Corrib Oil ULC, Galway (IRE)
signed a licensing agreement with Quality is our Recipe, LLC (Wendy’s) early this year. Corrib will develop Wendy’s restaurants throughout the Irish Republic. The first unit is expected to open in 2025.
KL was honored to assist Corrib in the drafting of the licensing/development agreement.
